Down Lite employees are paid weekly. Medical Benefits are with Humana Choice Care, which include Medical, Dental and Vision. Paid Vacations and Holidays as well as an employee discount at our factory store are offered to most positions (further details are available if you are called for an interview). Down Lite also offers a casual environment.
