DOWNLITE ships all packages via UPS from Cincinnati, Ohio. All orders are processed and shipped in 1-2-business days. Shipping times may vary, so please allow 7-14 business days for delivery. All orders within the Continental USA are shipped by UPS Ground Residential (Unless Next Day Air Early AM, or 2nd Day Air are specified). Shipping charges may be different than what is quoted due to box dimensions at time of shipment.
DOWNLITE will no longer ship via standard shipping outside the Continental USA. All packages must go UPS 2 Day Air delivery to Alaska or Hawaii. We will contact you regarding additional charges required for this service.
NOTE: We do not ship to Military APO addresses!
