Downlite Company Store Return Policy Everyone makes mistakes – sometimes us - sometimes our customers. Below please find information on our return policies. Because many of our products are used next to your body we have to mandate some very specific return criteria in order to ensure everyone’s well being. Please note that the return shipping cost is your responsibility. DOWNLITE will not pay for returns or exchanges to be sent back (this is non-negotiable). Packages/products lost or damaged in the mail are not the responsibility of DOWNLITE. The cost of the lost/damaged item(s) are your (the customer) sole responsibility. DOWNLITE Return and Exchange Period DOWNLITE offers a 30 day return and exchange period on all products that have not been used and are still in their original packaging with all original materials. All original tags must still be on the products and they must be in original packaging. All refunds are at DOWNLITE's discretion. All orders must have an RA#. Do not include the credit card receipt when returning or exchanging products. We DO NOT accept returns/exchanges for the following products under any condition: *The 30 day return/exchange period begins on the shipping date, not on the date you received the product. Bedding Warranty All DOWNLITE comforters and pillows and bedding carry a limited 30 day warranty. All products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and construction. DOWNLITE will exchange or replace any defective item within 30 days of your original shipping date. At DOWNLITE's discretion we may replace your product with a product of comparable value. DOWNLITE is not responsible for misuse or care of a product. All DOWNLITE brand apparel have a limited warranty. All products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and construction.
